Role Mission

As Deployment Strategist for Providers at Hippocratic AI, you will lead customer deployments that translate AI into durable operational outcomes for health systems and provider organizations. You will work closely with customers to plan implementations, coordinate cross functional teams, drive adoption, and ensure each deployment delivers measurable value in real clinical and operational environments.

This role exists because successful deployment in healthcare requires more than project management alone. It requires someone who understands provider workflows, can build trust with customer stakeholders, can connect product capabilities to operational needs, and can drive execution through ambiguity. You will serve as both a strategic partner and an execution lead, helping customers move from interest to implementation to lasting impact.

What You Will Accomplish

Own your first major outcome:By day 90, you will have supported or led your first major provider deployment through a successful implementation milestone, built strong working relationships with key customer stakeholders, identified risks and dependencies early, and contributed to deployment playbooks that improve speed and consistency for future launches.

Drive lasting impact: At 12 months, you will have led multiple provider deployments across a range of customer environments, built trusted relationships with customer and internal partners, helped standardize deployment processes and operating rhythms, and directly contributed to faster time to value, stronger adoption, and more scalable customer delivery across the provider segment.

The Team

You’ll work alongside implementation managers, engineers, product managers, customer success partners, and clinical experts, partnering closely with customers while staying deeply connected to internal cross functional teams. You’ll operate with significant ownership, balancing strategic customer guidance with day to day execution. This is a team that values customer obsession, clear communication, operational rigor, and practical problem solving in real healthcare settings.

What You'll Do
  • Lead deployment planning and execution for provider customers, ensuring clear timelines, owners, milestones, and successful implementation outcomes

  • Partner with customer stakeholders to understand operational workflows, business priorities, change management needs, and constraints, then translate them into actionable deployment plans

  • Coordinate across deployment, product, engineering, and customer facing teams to keep implementations aligned and moving forward

  • Drive implementation readiness, including stakeholder alignment, training plans, rollout sequencing, risk tracking, and launch preparation

  • Identify blockers early and proactively resolve issues that could affect go live timelines, adoption, or customer outcomes

  • Help customers navigate rollout and adoption by building trust, setting expectations, and guiding them through organizational change

  • Capture learnings from deployments and turn them into repeatable playbooks, templates, and best practices that improve future implementations

  • Use deployment insights to inform internal product and process improvements, helping the organization deliver more effectively at scale

Location Requirement

This is a United States-based role open to candidates across multiple markets. We welcome applications from candidates located throughout the U.S. Specific placement, travel expectations, and regional alignment will be determined during the hiring process based on customer proximity, deployment portfolio needs, and your location. You should expect regular travel, typically 25 to 50% depending on deployment schedule, for on site implementation support, customer meetings, training, and go live activities.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience in deployment, implementation, customer success, strategic operations, consulting, or a related customer facing role, ideally with enterprise or healthcare customers

  • Strong understanding of provider-side healthcare workflows, operations, and organizational dynamics, either through direct experience in healthcare environments or through customer facing implementation work

  • Proven ability to manage complex customer engagements with multiple stakeholders across operational, clinical, IT, and executive functions

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate between customer goals, operational realities, and internal execution plans

  • Strong project leadership and problem solving skills, especially in fast moving environments where priorities evolve and ambiguity is common

  • Track record of driving execution across cross functional teams and maintaining momentum through complex implementations

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational follow through, ensuring plans convert into measurable outcomes

Preferred Qualifications
  • Direct experience working with hospitals, health systems, provider groups, or adjacent provider organizations

  • Familiarity with healthcare implementation challenges such as workflow redesign, stakeholder alignment, training, adoption, and operational change management

  • Experience building or improving repeatable deployment processes, playbooks, and delivery frameworks across multiple customer environments

  • Comfort serving as a trusted advisor to customers while also handling detailed execution work

  • Experience with AI, digital health, clinical operations tools, or other technology deployments in healthcare settings

  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance and operational requirements, including HIPAA and related provider environment considerations

Why This Role

This role is an opportunity to help define how breakthrough AI becomes real, trusted, and effective in provider organizations. You will work at the intersection of customer partnership, operational execution, and healthcare transformation, helping ensure deployments succeed not just technically, but in the day to day workflows that matter most.
