Own GPU fleet capacity operations across neocloud and bare-metal environments. Monitor contracted, provisioned, healthy, and utilized capacity; manage supplier health accountability, replacement SLAs, MTTR, RMA cycles, credits, and remediation. Build reporting and reconciliation processes, coordinate supplier maintenance, and align finance, infrastructure, legal, and security teams to maximize available compute.

Partner with Finance and Revenue Operations to provide reliable reporting for ARR, commitments, consumption, NDR, expansion, and related revenue metrics.

Build Baseten’s marketing analytics foundation, including data models, dashboards, segmentation, lifecycle measurement, attribution, experimentation, and conversion optimization. Integrate CRM, advertising, web, email, product, and revenue data to connect customer journeys and enable data-driven marketing decisions. Partner with Demand Gen, Field Marketing, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, GTM, Finance, Product, and Engineering.

Lead the design, implementation, rollout, and iteration of Baseten’s identity and authorization platform. Build fine-grained authorization, credential systems, identity lifecycle capabilities, agent credentials, and enterprise admin controls. Ensure low-latency permission checks, consistency, security, observability, and scalability across multi-tenant systems. Partner with product, design, and customer-facing teams, establish engineering practices, and provide technical mentorship as the team grows.

Supports GTM planning, territory and coverage modeling, quota setting, pipeline generation, forecasting, market segmentation, and revenue analytics. Partners with Finance, Revenue Operations, field leadership, and Central Operations to identify performance gaps, refine sales plans, evaluate new GTM motions, and translate data into actionable recommendations for leadership. Builds dashboards, cohort analyses, forecast narratives, and measurement frameworks in a fast-growing AI infrastructure company.

Own and evolve Baseten’s finance systems ecosystem, including ERP, planning, HRIS/payroll, CPQ, commissions, billing, and revenue recognition tools. Lead implementations, integrations, administration, automation, governance, access controls, and audit support. Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, FP&A, People, Sales, Revenue Operations, Legal, and IT to improve workflows, data integrity, reporting, and scalability. The role requires systems leadership, technical aptitude, and experience managing broad finance-adjacent technology stacks.

Supports the CRO and Head of Strategic Sales by managing complex calendars, meeting preparation, executive communications, travel, operating cadences, customer engagements, and follow-ups. Coordinates sales leadership meetings, pipeline reviews, QBRs, offsites, celebrations, budgets, vendors, and cross-functional initiatives. The role improves sales organization processes, maintains alignment among stakeholders, and ensures leaders are prepared and priorities advance in a fast-growing technology environment.

Own and improve Baseten’s GTM systems stack, including Salesforce, Pylon, Gong, Sales Navigator, Outreach, and Prospect. Responsibilities include platform administration, configuration, enablement, adoption programs, license forecasting, vendor management, CRM co-ownership, and building AI-powered automations to maintain clean data. The role also supports deal operations, documents processes, and determines the appropriate level of structure for a rapidly scaling B2B technology organization.

Lead end-to-end product design for a technical AI platform, from research and problem definition through prototyping, design reviews, specifications, and implementation. Collaborate closely with engineers, product teams, and customers to create clear, polished experiences for complex developer workflows. Evolve the design system, establish scalable patterns, improve consistency and usability, and contribute directly to front-end implementation quality.
