Provide deep technical support for Devin and Windsurf by reproducing, diagnosing, and resolving complex customer issues across codebases, CI/CD, containers, cloud platforms, and developer tooling. Perform root-cause analysis, escalate with full technical context, create playbooks and tooling, and support release testing to improve reliability and adoption.

Provide deep technical support for customers using AI developer products by reproducing, diagnosing, and resolving environment-specific issues across codebases, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, containers, APIs, and developer tooling. Perform root-cause analysis, communicate findings, escalate with full context, create playbooks and automations, and support release testing to improve reliability and adoption.

Own the full sales cycle for enterprise customers in LATAM: source, close, activate accounts, surface technical product feedback, work cross-functionally with engineering and product, and grow Cognition's revenue by deploying Devin in large tech organizations.
