Leads FX Operations staff, manages correspondents, supports sanctions screening and regulatory compliance, oversees SWIFT messaging, and partners with product and technology teams on process improvements, system enhancements, and projects.

Lead and supervise IT audit activities, design and execute audit programs, evaluate IT controls and cybersecurity frameworks, manage audit staff and deliver audit reports, provide advisory support for IT initiatives, perform risk assessments and follow-up audits, and liaise with senior management and regulators to ensure compliance and control effectiveness.

Administer the bank’s third-party risk management program, overseeing vendor onboarding, risk assessments, due diligence, monitoring, remediation, contracts, and offboarding. The role ensures compliance with banking regulations and supports audits and regulatory exams. Responsibilities include reviewing vendor contracts, advising business lines on RFPs, maintaining risk documentation, reporting program metrics, and collaborating with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Procurement, Information Security, and business stakeholders.

Leads the organization’s SOX 404 compliance program, including risk assessments, walkthroughs, control testing, remediation, documentation, certification, and reporting. Manages and develops the internal controls team, promotes control awareness, partners with business units and auditors, advises on controls for new products and systems, monitors regulatory changes, and supports strategic initiatives.

Manages and grows a portfolio of commercial banking clients, develops new relationships through prospecting and referral networks, and identifies opportunities for credit, cash management, capital markets, and wealth products. Partners with credit teams on loan analysis, structuring, renewals, covenant monitoring, risk assessment, annual reviews, and portfolio administration. Requires strong commercial banking expertise, financial analysis, business development, communication, and collaboration skills.
