Leads Trustmark’s General Agent and Enrollment Firm partnerships to grow group benefits distribution, revenue, and membership. Map stakeholder journeys, deliver communications, training, readiness metrics and OKRs, embed OCM into agile delivery, coordinate cutover and post-go-live reinforcement, and align partners and governance to drive measurable adoption.
