Develop and customize IFS Cloud solutions using Aurena, IFS Developer Studio, and PL/SQL. Build integrations and REST APIs, troubleshoot application issues, support deployments/upgrades, manage user roles, and collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to deliver technical solutions and continuous improvements.

Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for marine products to internal and external customers, maintain knowledge databases, escalate complex issues, liaise with product management, mentor support staff, and participate in product training and continuous improvement efforts.

Coordinate and process orders for the WSS network, handle order input, confirmations, claims, quotes, and general administration. Ensure timely order closure, HSE compliance, efficient use of systems, and customer-focused problem solving.
