Leads complex commercial opportunities from qualification through award and operational handoff. Develops pricing, sourcing, fulfillment, and commercial strategies while coordinating Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Pricing, Category Management, branches, and suppliers. Supports outside sales teams, maintains margins, tracks sales orders, develops product knowledge, and pursues quota attainment while providing customer service and logistics support.

Participates in a 12–18 month rotational leadership program covering warehouse operations, customer service, management, business systems, and branch processes. Receives on-the-job training, mentoring, leadership development, and systems training while building team leadership and customer partnership skills. Completes a capstone project and engages with senior leadership, preparing for future operations leadership opportunities. Relocation may be required after program completion.
