Processes customer orders across phone, email, text, and counter channels; manages pricing, margins, payments, procurement, and logistics. The role requires frequent vehicle operation, strong organization, independence, accountability, communication, and a goal-oriented approach.

Coordinates Key Account Engineering projects by scheduling tasks, resources, and meetings; monitoring progress, risks, and issues; defining requirements and objectives with functional leaders; and providing detailed updates to management and stakeholders. The role also analyzes and resolves incomplete or inconsistent data, supports cross-functional coordination, and may guide junior personnel. Overnight travel is typically less than 10% of the time.

Prepares and reviews federal, state, foreign, and miscellaneous income tax returns, estimated taxes, extensions, and tax compliance filings. Responds to tax notices and audits, supports ASC 740 calculations, researches tax positions, prepares tax memoranda, assists with tax planning, resolves tax issues, and reviews fixed asset reports. Independently handles complex assignments and may oversee project completion and associate development.

Leads integrated paid, owned, and organic social media strategies to strengthen brand equity, engage audiences, protect reputation, and drive measurable business outcomes. Oversees editorial planning, community governance, crisis escalation, ambassador programs, social listening, KPI measurement, performance optimization, and cross-channel media recommendations. Manages and coaches a senior marketing specialist while collaborating with communications, legal, creative, and analytics teams. This hybrid role is based near Atlanta with two weekly office days and less than 10% overnight travel.

Grow sales and profitability within an assigned customer base through prospecting, cross-selling, bidding, and relationship development. Conduct field-based customer interactions, resolve service issues with internal teams and vendors, maintain product knowledge, forecast opportunities, and complete sales administration. The role requires regular vehicle operation, an acceptable motor vehicle record, and occasional overnight travel.
