The National Accounts Manager manages relationships with significant national customers, driving sales growth and developing strategies for account profitability while coordinating with sales leadership and internal stakeholders.

Responsible for accurate order entry, payment handling, product recommendations, and maintaining service commitments while coordinating with team members.

Lead development and execution of supply chain strategy to maximize service, efficiency, and resilience. Direct cross-functional teams to optimize inventory, logistics, transportation, and warehouse operations; build business cases, manage supplier relationships, and drive change management to implement strategic initiatives.

Receive, count, store, pack/unpack, and mark stock items; record receiving data using company software; identify and report shipment issues; coordinate with vendors and purchasing; deliver products to designated areas; file purchase orders and perform other assigned duties.

Provide on-site customer service and vending solutions: set up new customers, process/pick/pack orders, resolve implementation issues, track site visits, and support sales and product promotion.

Receive, count, store, pack, unpack, and mark stock items; record receiving data in company software; identify shortages or incorrect shipments; coordinate with shipping vendors and purchasing; file purchase orders and deliver materials to designated areas.

Lead financial strategy, planning, forecasting, and analysis to support growth and profitability. Ensure compliance, drive process improvements, mentor finance staff, support M&A and bonus/commission programs, and communicate financial performance to leadership.

Manage and grow mid-size contractor accounts by building relationships, generating leads, executing account plans, hitting sales and margin targets, resolving service issues, maintaining product knowledge, and completing sales administration. Role requires frequent customer interaction and use of a vehicle for account activity.

Participate in a 6–12 month sales training program to learn products, vendors, jobsite selling, and company systems. Prepare and execute account plans, make jobsite and office sales calls, process customer orders, and support district sales efforts. Drive a company or personal vehicle for sales activities and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
