Lead the creation of a centralized analytics function: define analytics strategy and KPIs, own roadmap, design analytics-ready data models, enforce metric definitions and data quality, guide cloud data platform implementation, review analytics engineering work, enable self-service analytics, and drive data literacy and stakeholder adoption.

Lead HR for a manufacturing complex: develop and implement HR policies and programs, oversee day-to-day HR operations, advise and coach leaders on staffing, performance, compensation, compliance, and employee relations; drive recruitment, succession planning, training, diversity and change initiatives; ensure legal and union compliance; supervise HR staff and improve processes.

Supervise day-to-day accounting for plant operations including general ledger, product costing, performance and variance analysis, monthly close, financial statement preparation, budgeting/AOP support, staff mentoring/cross-training, and reporting unusual findings to leadership.

Translate conversations, meetings, forms, policies, and training materials between English and other languages; train non-English-speaking employees; support HR, QA, and production with translations; follow safety, sanitary, and company policies.

Lead month-end close, prepare/review journal entries and reconciliations, support financial reporting and consolidation, maintain controls and chart of accounts, assist audits, and drive ERP/process improvements and special projects.

Manage financial planning, modeling, budgeting, invoicing, and vendor financial oversight for enterprise health & welfare benefits. Lead claims trend analysis, PEPM modeling, reconciliation of high-volume expenditures, vendor invoice audits, and executive reporting. Partner with HR, Finance, brokers, and actuaries to drive cost-management strategies, forecasting, compliance, and audit readiness.

Manage daily cash positioning, treasury operations, and liquidity reporting across multiple entities. Reconcile cash, debt, and interest; lead month-end close for treasury accounts; support audits, process improvements, and ERP/treasury system enhancements.

Manage FMLA, disability, and personal leave administration; enter and track leave data in Workday; serve as point of contact for employees, benefits carriers, and leaders; assist with enrollment, dependent verification, workers' comp coordination, open enrollment events, employee education, and HR projects. Identify process improvements and perform related duties.
