Lead development of pricing analytics, tools, and processes to drive retail pricing strategy. Build advanced models, manage competitive data and vendors, oversee pricing execution systems and BI/IT projects, and lead a team responsible for staffing, training, performance, and cross-functional pricing initiatives.

Responsible for general accounting tasks including reconciliations, journal entries, financial statement preparation, audits, and providing analysis to management.

Manage daily cash transactions and forecasting, analyze borrowing and investment needs, prepare journal entries in Oracle, support bank reconciliations, maintain interest and debt budgets, prepare covenant reporting and collateral analysis, and communicate treasury metrics to senior management and stakeholders.

Execute and manage integrated marketing programs across loyalty, digital, own-brands, and retail banners. Produce and proof content, coordinate campaigns on digital platforms, track results and budgets, support cross-functional teams, lead presentations, and ensure consistent marketing messaging. Provide customer service, escalate and resolve issues, and assist with events and promotional execution.

Support execution and implementation of assigned marketing programs and advertising projects. Prepare and distribute marketing materials, coordinate with internal and external teams, track budgets and project schedules, create reports and analyses, and recommend optimizations to improve program performance.

Provide HR administrative and strategic support including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance (OFCCP, FMLA, ADA, FLSA), employee relations, performance management, investigations, and project management. Partner with HR leadership and facility management to counsel managers and associates and support workforce processes across assigned locations.

Perform moderate-to-complex general accounting tasks including journal entries, reconciliations, account analysis, financial statement preparation, audit support, variance analysis, and recommendations to management. Provide customer service to internal/external stakeholders and assist with budgeting and close processes.

Perform financial and operational analysis for assigned business areas, prepare monthly variance and profitability reports, support decision-making, consult cross-functionally, assist with board packages, ensure GAAP and SOX compliance, and provide ad hoc analysis and project support.

Manage daily HR activities including workforce planning, training, associate relations, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Provide guidance to management and associates on HR policies and best practices.

Perform SEO audits and implement on-page and technical SEO for e-commerce sites; analyze SEO performance and customer behavior; produce reports and recommendations; collaborate with media, brand, and loyalty teams; use AI/GEO for content and process improvements; support website merchandising, vendor collaboration, and customer programs.
