Engage existing and prospective customers through branch, virtual, and telephone interactions. Conduct financial review appointments, understand customer goals, identify suitable non-advised products, generate leads, promote financial advice, and refer customers to advisers. Maintain accurate customer records, support vulnerable customers, follow policies and controls, and help coach colleagues to improve customer engagement and performance.

Lead and embed FinOps practices across the organisation: establish governance, reporting, chargeback models, forecasting and optimisation for cloud (Azure).
