Provide HR generalist support for a manufacturing plant: recruit and onboard, administer compensation, benefits, leave and compliance, manage performance, investigations and disciplinary actions, develop HR processes, coordinate training, support retention and community partnerships, and assist other Schreiber HR teams.

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure safety, regulatory and SQF compliance, lifecycle asset management, and implementation of reliability improvements to reduce downtime and costs.

Lead regional reliability efforts to improve equipment uptime and performance across multiple plants. Implement asset lifecycle and maintenance strategies, analyze sensor and maintenance data, apply FMEA/RCA/RCM and PdM tools, train regional teams, ensure SQF/quality and regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation.

Lead continuous improvement of dairy product formulations, integrating product, equipment, ingredient, and process specifications to improve quality, cost, and delivery. Champion Lean Six Sigma methods, drive cross-functional projects (R&D, engineering, operations, sourcing, finance), deploy process controls, mentor teams, and manage multi-site implementation and capital project justification across the Americas.

Lead design, development, and deployment of automation, controls, and systems engineering across multiple product categories and manufacturing sites. Manage cross-functional initiatives, prioritize and oversee projects, align plant and corporate teams, drive standardization, improve data collection and KPIs, ensure compliance with food safety/quality, and provide plant-floor technical leadership and process improvement.
