Deliver end-to-end technology and business audits across planning, fieldwork, and reporting. Provide administrative and client-facing support to Investment Managers: act as first point of contact, manage account lifecycle (opens, updates, closures), prepare meeting packs and valuations, handle KYC/suitability tasks in CRM, process account amendments, use DocuSign, and maintain accurate records and correspondence.
