Primary technical resource for hyperscale sales: design complex colocation/hosting solutions, present demos and proposals, answer technical and business questions, respond to RFPs, and coordinate requirements with operations to deliver contractual and service documentation.

Provides procurement-focused legal support for high-volume vendor and commercial contracting, including master services, equipment supply, SaaS, professional services, and NDA agreements. Advises stakeholders on contract structure, risk, disputes, change orders, claims, terminations, regulatory matters, and supplier performance. Manages outside counsel and third parties while supporting broader corporate and business legal matters.

Supports the Energy Strategy organization’s planning and operating cadence by maintaining OKR and KPI trackers, preparing executive reporting materials, validating data, coordinating planning activities, and tracking initiative status, risks, dependencies, and follow-ups. Builds analyses for energy strategy, capital planning, and cost decisions while partnering with cross-functional teams to improve planning tools, transparency, and accountability.

Leads enterprise DCIM design and standards for BMS, EPMS, and SCADA systems across data centers. Directs consultants, integrators, testing, commissioning readiness, alarming strategies, documentation, platform requirements, and quality oversight. Coordinates with engineering, IT, procurement, and construction teams; supports RFPs and vendor onboarding; resolves technical issues; advances digital twin initiatives; and mentors engineers and partners. Requires deep mission-critical controls expertise, cross-functional leadership, and up to 50% travel.

Lead and perform internal audit engagements including scoping, testing SOX and operational controls, documenting processes, identifying risks and control gaps, recommending improvements, reporting findings, and supporting special projects like technology risk, data analysis, and capital/construction audits.

Manage inventory tracking, shipping, and 3rd-party logistics to transfer assets between sites. Develop and document logistics processes, forecast equipment needs, maintain carrier/warehouse relationships, report inventory and supply chain status, and support decision-making to optimize time and cost efficiency.

Partner with business owners to develop, report, and analyze G&A budgets; manage position and cost center hierarchies; deliver variance analysis and forecasts; administer Adaptive Planning; build Tableau/Power BI dashboards; identify process improvements and ensure GAAP-aligned budgeting.

Lead Q-Systems security design, pre-construction and construction across multiple data center campuses. Manage budgets, schedules, design reviews, installations, commissioning, vendor/contractor coordination, campus master plans, and stakeholder communications. Travel up to 50% and must be U.S. citizen.

Lead manual and automated testing for Salesforce Sales, CPQ, ARM and Quote-to-Cash processes. Create and execute test plans and cases (API, integration, UI), maintain automation assets, mentor QA staff, troubleshoot automation platform issues, report QA results, and provide release signoff for QA/UAT/Production.
