Requires prior law firm experience, at least seven years of administrative support experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and PDF software.

Supports product strategy, requirements gathering, roadmap execution, stakeholder coordination, rollout, adoption, documentation, and continuous improvement for internally developed legal technology solutions. The role partners with legal, technical, and support teams on eDiscovery, analytics, AI/ML, and Generative AI products. Responsibilities include managing feature intake, defining user stories and acceptance criteria, coordinating demos and releases, troubleshooting, gathering feedback, and improving workflows, usability, and adoption.

Lead governance for the firm's enterprise application portfolio: manage software intake/vetting, maintain the Olympus catalog, own lifecycles and roadmaps, coordinate security/privacy/AI reviews, drive adoption and metrics, and supervise a team to rationalize and optimize technology usage.

Serve as the Practice Groups business owner for technology investments, driving adoption, operational improvement, and measurable ROI. Provide strategic consulting, lead enterprise initiatives and PMO activities, apply process optimization and Lean principles, engage attorneys and clients on eDiscovery platforms, evaluate vendors and technologies, and develop KPIs, governance, and roadmaps to improve service delivery and efficiency.

Maintain and update client and matter records in Elite 3E and iManage, perform conflicts analysis and research, communicate with attorneys and staff to resolve conflicts, process database change requests, monitor data entry, ensure ethics compliance, respond to status inquiries, and support related projects.

Support patent prosecution and filing for U.S., international, and foreign national patent applications. Prepare and file USPTO and WIPO documents, draft correspondence and prosecution materials, analyze PTO documents for accuracy, proofread and redline submissions, and assist with client reporting and administrative patent support tasks.

Provide litigation case management and trial support: manage electronic document collections and discovery, prepare documents and court filings, assist with subpoenas and calendaring, assemble exhibits and witness materials, perform cite-checking and tables of authority, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams for trial logistics.

Provide high-quality administrative, secretarial, and document-processing support to the Finance Practice Group, including court filings, e-filing, scheduling, billing/time entry support, travel and file management, drafting and proofreading legal correspondence, and client-facing communications.
