Lead product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for FX, payments, and institutional products. Create sales enablement (playbooks, battlecards, training), run competitive and win/loss analysis, use market insights and AI tools to inform pricing/packaging and content, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive product adoption and pipeline impact.

Drive new business growth in the Canadian market through high-volume outbound sales, lead generation, and relationship-building. Manage pipeline, meet call and KPI targets, and present FX products with the Director. Oversee client onboarding and KYC in collaboration with Compliance, Risk, and Trading teams, ensuring regulatory adherence and accurate record-keeping.
