Maintain payroll data and records in Workday, prepare reports, and support audits. Assist with compensation analytics, benefits administration, wellness programs, HR operations, and organizational projects. Use AI to improve validation, reporting, reconciliation, and administrative efficiency while protecting sensitive information.

Leads client strategy, relationships, marketing campaigns, scopes of work, and revenue growth for assigned accounts. Serves as the primary client contact, develops data-driven B2B marketing recommendations, oversees multiple projects and budgets, presents account and renewal proposals, and manages, mentors, and motivates internal account teams to achieve client objectives.

Protect systems, applications, and data through vulnerability management, incident response, threat detection, application security, audits, risk assessments, and compliance activities. Configure security technologies including SSO, MDM, RMM, IAM, DLP, and vulnerability scanners. Partner with engineering teams on remediation, maintain ISMS and PIMS frameworks, support business continuity testing, and use AI-assisted tools to identify and prioritize vulnerabilities and emerging threats.

Supports department leaders and employees across talent management, employee relations, performance management, compensation, engagement, policy interpretation, and HRIS processes. Maintains confidential records, handles employee lifecycle activities such as leave discussions and terminations, addresses employee questions, supports development and goal setting, and contributes to HR projects and process improvements. The role also requires thoughtful use and verification of AI tools in HR work while protecting sensitive employee information.

Coordinates digital network operations, monitors quality assurance dashboards, troubleshoots network issues, supports installations and large-scale projects, and liaises between technical and operations teams.
