Manage strategic customer accounts by developing growth strategies, acquiring new business, expanding products, negotiating commercial proposals, and improving revenue and margins. Owns electromechanical product development from concept through production launch for automotive and industrial applications. Responsibilities include mechanical and electrical design, CAD documentation, validation, simulation, testing, DFMEA, DFM, engineering changes, PPAP/APQP, manufacturing support, customer collaboration, and continuous improvement. The role leads cross-functional technical activities while ensuring performance, reliability, quality, cost, manufacturability, and timing requirements are achieved.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, technical, corporate, hourly, and professional roles. Partner with hiring leaders on sourcing, interviewing, offers, and hiring decisions; build proactive talent pipelines; ensure positive candidate experiences; maintain recruiting compliance and ATS documentation; support employer branding; and improve recruiting processes, tools, and practices.

Designs, simulates, validates, and optimizes 800V powertrain systems, including DC-DC converters, onboard chargers, traction inverters, planar magnetics, power boards, cooling systems, and safety controls. Leads high-voltage hardware testing, electromagnetic and thermal analysis, root-cause investigations, and cross-functional engineering teams. Requires expertise in power electronics, magnetic design, high-power laboratory equipment, automotive safety standards, and simulation tools.

Leads the design and validation of high-voltage power conversion systems, including planar transformers, inductors, thermal-management solutions, high-voltage PCB architectures, and component selection. Guides cross-functional engineering teams from concept through production, oversees simulations using SPICE, PLECS, and thermal-analysis tools, and leads hardware testing, debugging, safety compliance, and validation. The role requires expertise in high-power electronics, planar magnetics, multilayer PCB design, insulation, cooling, and applicable safety standards.
