Identify and research Hospitality customers in the UK and Germany for PMS (Protel) and payments, contact and qualify leads via phone/email/social, schedule appointments, maintain CRM, collaborate with marketing, and report sales activities.

As a Key Account Manager, you'll manage key enterprise accounts, drive revenue growth, build client relationships, and navigate internal complexities for solution execution.

Provide bilingual (German/English) phone and email support, resolve customer inquiries and complaints, maintain records in internal systems, collaborate with teams, report recurring issues, and support manager-assigned projects. Shift-based, hybrid role with three days in office and floating shifts between 08:00 and 20:00.

Drive new business and manage existing hospitality customers for networking solutions (IP networks, HSIA, IPTV). Build pipeline, meet revenue targets, lead proposals and contract negotiations, present solutions on-site and remotely, collaborate with technical and delivery teams, maintain CRM records, and represent the company at industry events to grow and retain accounts.

Lead and standardize control testing across regulated entities: document processes, execute walkthroughs and design/operating effectiveness tests, report and escalate findings, assess remediation, manage recurring reporting and RCSA support, and assist control projects and AI adoption for testing and monitoring.

Provide hands-on, in-person IT support for office colleagues and executives: walk-up and desk-side troubleshooting, meeting-room AV and Microsoft Teams Rooms setup and maintenance, device provisioning (Windows/macOS), asset and stock management, on-site infrastructure support, incident resolution via Jira Service Management, and event/move support.

Own and engineer the Windows and macOS endpoint estate via Microsoft Intune and JAMF. Responsibilities include application packaging and deployment, OS and third-party patching, zero-touch provisioning, endpoint security and compliance (PCI DSS), automation with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API, escalation/3rd-line support, and maintaining standards and runbooks.

Manage existing PMS and payment customers to drive satisfaction, retention, and upsell. Handle incoming commercial requests, monitor account health, document opportunities in Salesforce, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and meet individual KPIs while supporting onboarding and issue resolution.

Manage end-to-end merchant onboarding onto Planet's payment gateway: validate applications, configure gateway solutions, coordinate with internal and external partners, ensure regulatory compliance, monitor SLAs, resolve issues, and improve onboarding processes to deliver a smooth client experience.

Lead end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives: translate scope and estimates into delivery plans, manage cross-functional execution, risks, dependencies, change control, governance artifacts (RAID, status reports), and ensure successful go-live, warranty, and handover.
