Own and operate Planet's Azure Virtual Desktop estate: build and maintain golden images, manage FSLogix profiles, autoscaling, monitoring with Azure Monitor/Log Analytics, secure AVD to PCI DSS standards, deliver applications (MSIX/Intune), automate with PowerShell and IaC, and act as 3rd-line escalation for incidents.

Own and engineer the Windows and macOS endpoint estate via Microsoft Intune and JAMF. Responsibilities include application packaging and deployment, OS and third-party patching, zero-touch provisioning, endpoint security and compliance (PCI DSS), automation with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API, escalation/3rd-line support, and maintaining standards and runbooks.

Provide hands-on, in-person IT support for office colleagues and executives: walk-up and desk-side troubleshooting, meeting-room AV and Microsoft Teams Rooms setup and maintenance, device provisioning (Windows/macOS), asset and stock management, on-site infrastructure support, incident resolution via Jira Service Management, and event/move support.

Build proactive remediations and self-healing in Nexthink, tune and extend the IT virtual assistant, and automate workflows across endpoint, identity, and M365 using PowerShell, Python, Microsoft Graph API, Power Automate/Logic Apps, and ITSM integrations to deflect tickets and improve digital employee experience (DEX).

Configure Teams Phone, messaging security (Defender), govern Copilot, apply compliance policies (DLP, retention), automate with PowerShell/Graph, act as 3rd-line escalation, and continuously improve reliability, security, and adoption for a global workforce.
