Lead enterprise sales in Greater China for adjoe's mobile ad solutions: build publisher/advertiser relationships, manage full sales pipeline, prepare proposals and contracts, onboard and grow clients, track performance via CRM and reports, and perform market research to win T1/T2 clients.

Lead executive technical relationships with strategic publisher partners, ensure SLAs and satisfaction, oversee complex integrations and onboarding, resolve critical technical escalations, translate publisher feedback into product priorities, mentor and scale a team of Technical Account Managers, and create standardized playbooks for partner success.

Manage and grow a portfolio of app publisher partners, optimize monetization using performance metrics (CPI, CPM, CTR, ARPDAU), present reports/QBRs, collaborate cross-functionally, identify upsell opportunities, and drive partner revenue and retention.
