Support origination, execution and asset management for infrastructure investments. Conduct industry research, build and review financial models, lead diligence workstreams, prepare investment materials and offer documentation, and contribute to portfolio company strategy, financings and value-creation initiatives while mentoring junior team members and collaborating with advisors and stakeholders.

Lead high-risk investigations, manage collective bargaining and arbitrations, advise senior leaders on terminations, accommodations and performance matters, and partner with HR, Legal and external counsel to mitigate risk. Drive ER/LR strategy, capability building, process improvements, automation and data-driven insights to strengthen workplace culture.

Lead Technology Risk and Cybersecurity Assurance, manage a team, develop OT cybersecurity frameworks, oversee ITGCs and third-party controls, maintain risk register and KRIs, drive remediation and audits, deliver executive reporting, advise stakeholders, and run training and continuous improvement activities.

Support middle-office derivative workflows: trade capture, validation, settlement, margin movements, reconciliations, and reporting. On-board counterparties/vendors, ensure ISDA/CSA regulatory adherence, investigate discrepancies, maintain documentation, recommend process improvements and automation, and support audits and stakeholder relationships.

Serve as first point of contact for employers, handling inquiries and transactional pension processing, analyzing data to resolve issues, maintaining service levels, and identifying process improvements. Participate in training to build pension administration expertise and collaborate across teams to ensure accurate, timely employer support.

Coordinate schedules, documentation, stakeholder communications, vendor and procurement activities for network and datacenter projects. Maintain project plans, track risks/issues, support testing and maintenance-window coordination, reconcile purchase orders and budgets, and improve project coordination processes.

Provide data-driven compensation advice, deliver variable compensation forecasting and annual planning, run market benchmarking, build compensation models and reports in Workday, support incentive audits, drive process improvements, and partner across HR to maintain compensation tools and communications.
