Manage retailer relationships and curate retailers, products, and promotions for marketing channels. Monitor retail and consumer trends, analyze performance to identify opportunities, support seasonal campaigns and shopping guides, and maintain marketing resources and portfolio-wide communications.

Support HR strategic priorities through governance of HR channels, annual planning, and development of governance materials. Manage HR administration (HR calendar, People Portal, HR inbox), lead or support HR projects, deliver board and year-end planning documents, maintain planning best practices, and train HR team members on records management and SharePoint.

The Associate Director will lead technology strategy, focusing on Data and AI solutions, drive innovation, and enhance customer success through collaboration and strategic partnerships.

Lead Technology Risk and Cybersecurity Assurance, manage a team, develop OT cybersecurity frameworks, oversee ITGCs and third-party controls, maintain risk register and KRIs, drive remediation and audits, deliver executive reporting, advise stakeholders, and run training and continuous improvement activities.
