The Senior Sales Specialist manages sales activities across a broad Ontario territory, including prospecting, retailer and account relationship management, inventory allocation, merchandising, sales trend analysis, promotions, complaint resolution, training, and channel development. The role supports sales targets, account profitability, terminal allocation, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Frequent travel, occasional overnight stays, lifting up to 40 pounds, and a valid Ontario driver’s license are required.

Lead concurrent internal audit and advisory engagements, including planning, control assessments, workpaper and report review, risk identification, and remediation oversight. Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to audit teams while collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts. Deliver insights and recommendations that strengthen governance, risk management, compliance, and internal controls, and contribute to the risk-based Annual Audit Plan.

Supports Product Owners by analyzing business needs, workflows, requirements, risks, dependencies, costs, and technology solutions. Leads stakeholder sessions, creates business and systems analysis artifacts, defines KPIs and acceptance criteria, breaks work into epics and user stories, and supports Agile testing, UAT, rollout planning, defect resolution, and post-implementation measurement.

Analyzes financial and operational data, prepares performance reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial models, and provides insights to support business decisions. The role supports divisional expense management, quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting, vendor and initiative analysis, external financial reporting, and process improvements. It also communicates financial results to leadership and collaborates with business partners and Procurement.

Leads preparation and audit of the annual Gross Revenues Statement, supports month-end and year-end financial reporting, and serves as a liaison with external auditors. Reviews contracts for IFRS accounting treatment, supports financial controls and governance, prepares audit working papers and executive briefing materials, and provides technical accounting guidance across Finance. The role also manages contractual reporting obligations, stakeholder information requests, and continuous process improvement.
