Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients for pension, investment and annuity products. Own client relationships, deliver contracted services, advise on portfolio suitability, cross-sell, present to clients, meet sales targets, and liaise with actuarial, investment and legal stakeholders while keeping current with Namibian pension legislation.

Perform technical accident investigations and reconstructions using OBD, CAN, CDR and physical evidence; prepare reports, provide expert testimony, improve processes, manage claims cost containment, and ensure compliance with South African road regulations and governance.

Lead and develop a Durban-based sales team to meet MFC product targets through direct and consultative selling, client needs assessments, upselling, performance monitoring, CRM usage, and strong customer service while driving change and reporting to senior management.

Perform technical accident investigations and reconstruction using OBD/CAN/CDR and other forensic data, prepare written reports and expert testimony, implement investigation processes, support claim decisions and recoveries, ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement within claims operations.

Drive commercial growth for Old Mutual Thrive's corporate wellbeing platform by generating qualified B2B leads, closing annual contracts, building partner distribution channels, owning the full sales lifecycle, and translating market feedback into improved product, pricing and onboarding. Maintain CRM, forecasting and pipeline reporting while collaborating with marketing, product and leadership to scale repeatable sales and partnership models.
