Lead the technical ownership of MECCA's supply chain systems, supporting Blue Yonder WMS, managing codebase, releases and deployments, and leading a small systems engineering team. Work closely with warehouse operations to resolve incidents, drive continuous improvements, and reduce vendor dependency while supporting fulfilment and next-day delivery ambitions.

Coordinate end-to-end operational planning and execution of Beauty Loop campaigns, managing inventory allocation, timelines, and cross-functional readiness. Monitor in-campaign performance and sell-through, maintain operational tools (JIRA, campaign packs), and drive continuous improvements to maximise availability and minimise stock risk across retail, DC, ecommerce and customer care channels.

The Zone Manager will lead the MECCA Dunedin store, enhance customer experiences, motivate the team, and ensure performance targets are met.

Own retail pricing strategy, governance and execution across brands. Use competitor insights, scenario modelling and analytics to optimise margin, lead price changes, maintain pricing frameworks, and partner with cross-functional teams to embed pricing processes.

Own and optimise clinic technology platforms and compliance, manage suppliers, consumables, inventory, equipment maintenance and COGs, lead operational delivery of new brands/technologies and coordinate new location launches while supporting clinic teams and audit readiness.

Own and prioritise the supply chain technology backlog for warehouse, e-commerce and fulfilment. Gather requirements, manage multiple improvement initiatives, liaise between business stakeholders and third-party developers, support SDLC from discovery through hypercare, and help deliver an automated Distribution Centre.

Lead end-to-end production of creative campaigns (still and motion) from briefing through shoot execution, post-production and delivery. Manage budgets, schedules, agencies, freelancers and on-set crews while partnering with Art Directors, Marketing, Social, Content and Retail to deliver creative work across digital, print and retail channels.

Drive SEO/AEO/GEO strategy to grow organic presence. Perform technical audits, competitor and content gap analysis, report on organic performance, coordinate cross-functional SEO activity, produce content briefs and calendars, optimise store listings, and provide training and recommendations to stakeholders.

Lead and design MECCA's end-to-end testing strategy, oversee testing processes, establish QA frameworks, mentor QA capabilities, and collaborate with stakeholders on quality expectations.

Lead and support the store management team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, coach and upskill retail staff, drive KPIs and performance, and engage the team to uphold company values across the store.
