The CRM / Dynamics 365 Developer will manage business requirements, conduct testing, customize MS Dynamics, and ensure quality standards are met.

Lead and manage Johnson Matthey's global insurance programme, driving renewals, procurement, policy oversight, claims management, and insurance strategy. Act as primary contact for brokers and insurers, coordinate insurance data, cost allocation and reporting, and collaborate with Risk and Resilience to assess exposures and optimise coverage.

Support development of pricing strategies, build and maintain pricing models and analytical tools, analyze profitability and margin trends, create pricing reports and dashboards, and collaborate with Commercial, Product, Technology and Finance teams to drive pricing transformation and continuous improvement.

Lead development and enhancement of pricing models, analytics and reporting to support pricing strategy, profitability analysis and commercial decisions. Partner across Commercial, Product, Technology and Finance to drive pricing initiatives, automation and continuous improvement using large datasets and dashboards.

Serve as first point of contact for business applications: gather and translate stakeholder requirements, configure and support ERP and manufacturing systems, run testing and UAT, troubleshoot incidents, prepare technical documentation and reports, deliver training, and support data governance and process improvement in a manufacturing environment.
