Provides Level 2 operational support for global database infrastructure, including implementation, installation, monitoring, performance analysis, troubleshooting, incident and change management, backup and restoration, disaster recovery, and decommissioning. Improve efficiency, reduce waste and rejects, maintain product quality, support new technology implementation, train colleagues, report operational and safety data, and promote health, safety, and environmental compliance.

Drive quality assurance across a production environment by maintaining QMS conformance, managing internal audits and corrective actions, conducting audits against ISO standards, applying quality tools such as 5 Whys and root cause analysis, and documenting process improvements in procedures and work instructions.

Translates business needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for digital, data, integration, and low-code products. Leads stakeholder workshops, supports discovery through implementation, analyzes processes and data flows, identifies automation opportunities, and defines data quality, governance, and integration requirements. The role facilitates collaboration across business, product, engineering, and platform teams while supporting change management and digital transformation delivery.

Process Engineers improve and develop chemical manufacturing processes, designing reactors, control systems, instrumentation, and process documentation. They oversee commissioning, troubleshoot operational issues, support safety evaluations and incident investigations, conduct root cause analyses, and lead continuous improvement, turnaround, PHA, and MOC activities. The role works closely with plant operations, R&D, laboratory, and manufacturing teams and requires significant daily plant presence.

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, analyze global procurement spend and cost data, identify savings opportunities, review bills of materials and indirect costs, and communicate insights to procurement, finance, and senior leadership stakeholders.

Leads site supply chain activities, including production planning and scheduling, inventory and materials management, logistics, precious metal accountability, and shipping/receiving. Owns the S&OE process, supports S&OP/IBP reviews, improves schedule adherence and customer service, manages working capital and inventory performance, and leads continuous improvement. The role also coaches the supply chain team and partners cross-functionally with manufacturing, finance, quality, engineering, commercial, and global supply chain teams.

Designs and implements materials and manufacturing processes for fabricated products, improving process efficiency, quality, tooling, and precious metal working margins. Provides technical support to production, develops and trials new processes, establishes process monitoring and controls, trains production employees, and contributes to hazard studies, capital projects, and incident investigations. Collaborates with Operations, Quality Assurance, Scheduling, Marketing, customers, and vendors.

Coordinates platinum group metal requirements, inbound processing, storage, production-line supply, accounting, control reports, waste booking, refinery shipments and returns. Analyzes mass-balance, stock-take and refining variances, supports cost-reduction initiatives, audits and customer compliance. Requires safe working practices, cross-functional collaboration, strong attention to detail, advanced Microsoft Office skills, manufacturing experience, and fluent written and spoken English and Macedonian.
