Support financial reporting, accounting close, consolidation, statutory compliance, and financial controls for Lendlease’s Asia investment platforms. Responsibilities include reviewing outsourced finance work, preparing management reports and variance analysis, coordinating audits and regulatory filings, supporting business planning, forecasting, and providing commercial financial insights. The role also drives process improvements and collaborates with auditors, tax advisors, regulators, and regional business stakeholders.

Supports a construction project team through administrative coordination, expense and invoice processing, financial tracking, document management, reporting, safety compliance, and sustainability initiatives.
