About the role

We are looking for a Site Administrator to be based in Perth Western Australia. The Site Administrator plays a key role in supporting the project team with administration, financial processes, documentation, and day-to-day coordination. You'll help keep operations organised, ensure records are accurate, and provide support across multiple project activities.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Administration

  • Manage team expenses, reimbursements, and related records

  • Maintain accurate filing systems and project documentation

  • Prepare, format, proofread, and distribute reports and documents

  • Provide general administrative support including printing, scanning, and document management

Finance Support

  • Process invoices, supplier payments, subcontractor claims, and expense submissions

  • Assist with project financial tracking and monthly reporting

  • Maintain financial records and ensure information is entered accurately into company systems

Safety & Compliance

  • Follow company policies, systems, and procedures

  • Support workplace safety initiatives and report potential hazards

  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment

Sustainability & Team Support

  • Assist with sustainability initiatives and project-related activities

  • Build strong working relationships with team members and stakeholders

  • Support a positive, collaborative team culture and help where needed

About You

  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality

  • Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint (Excel experience is an advantage)

  • Proactive, dependable, and able to use initiative to solve problems

  • Able to manage deadlines, handle confidential information, and adapt to changing priorities

  • A positive team player who is approachable, resilient, and eager to learn
