Provides customer service and sales support for personal lines insurance accounts. Assists with new account production, account retention, coverage changes, quotes, endorsements, cancellations, premium collection, and claim follow-up. Maintains accurate electronic and transactional records, documents client and carrier communications, resolves inquiries and complaints, and ensures timely processing. Requires knowledge of insurance products, rating, underwriting procedures, and applicable state licensing requirements.

Provide foreign exchange wire services to customers: quote and negotiate FX rates, create FX quotes, initiate wires through the wire transfer application, deliver bilingual customer service, ensure regulatory disclosures and accurate transaction processing, and assist FX traders.

Supports enterprise risk management through asset/liability modeling, stress testing, scenario analysis, financial forecasting, budgeting, profitability measurement, and management and board reporting. Maintains models, analyzes financial and risk data, documents assumptions and results, develops recommendations, prepares presentations, and supports data collection and reporting for credit, interest rate, liquidity, and operational risk.

Perform pre- and post-funding loan audits, loan documentation and system reviews to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance. Prepare financial reports and real estate evaluations, track exceptions, support lending officers, and provide files for auditors and examiners.

Supports daily credit and debit card program operations, including card requests, inventory tracking, printer and branch support, vendor coordination, invoice reconciliation, portfolio payments, settlements, returns, reporting, and merchant incentive payouts. Provides telephone assistance to branch staff, researches card-related issues, processes card transactions, and maintains operational controls and records.

Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth international and domestic customers, support account transactions and loan processes, handle wire transfers and online banking support, log interactions in CRM, ensure BSA/AML and regulatory compliance, assist with due diligence and customer recertification, meet monthly sales goals, and participate in outreach and team activities.

The Commercial Lender is responsible for participating in the growth and success of IBC Bank through customer relations and business development in the lending segment.

Provide prompt, accurate customer service and sales of bank products; open/close accounts; process transactions; log interactions in Horizon; support loan and deposit origination and servicing; assist with collections and account issues; participate in outreach and referral programs.
