Manages the end-to-end investment process for data center acquisitions across Asia Pacific and Europe. Sources and evaluates opportunities, structures and executes transactions, performs financial modeling, coordinates legal, tax, technical, and financial due diligence, prepares investment materials, reviews legal documents, and conducts sector research.

The role focuses on revenue growth, customer advocacy, tailored data centre solutions, and long-term commercial partnerships.

Lead and manage end-to-end submarine cable projects: partner coordination, consortium agreements, budgeting, cost control, vendor selection, design/manufacture/installation oversight, commissioning, stakeholder communications, and schedule/risk management. Serve as customer/partner subject-matter expert and ensure timely delivery through site support and periodic reviews.

Lead financial planning and analysis, deliver variance analysis and reporting, prepare cashflow projections, quarterly forecasts and annual budgets, evaluate investment/divestment impacts, support budgeting system design and SFRS(I) implementation, and identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
