Own strategic merchant relationships across discovery, solution design, implementation, go-live, and post-launch growth. Identify and engage active and passive candidates across multiple countries, with a focus on Sales and commercial profiles. Build talent pipelines, conduct talent mapping and personalized outreach, perform first-stage phone screenings, maintain accurate ATS records, and collaborate with recruiters and hiring teams. Use AI-enabled sourcing tools responsibly while supporting a positive, consistent candidate experience.

Manage unassigned Greek merchants by supporting onboarding, answering product questions, processing orders, resolving support issues, and closing sales. Conduct cross-sell, upsell, and win-back campaigns, provide customized solutions to high-value prospects, and handle grievances while maintaining customer satisfaction. Use CRM systems, digital resources, and AI-enhanced tools to support customer interactions and sales workflows.

Supports managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding. Provides practical HR guidance, coaches managers, implements policies, manages sensitive cases, maintains employee records, and delivers HR reporting. Uses HR data, technology, AI, and automation to identify trends and improve operational efficiency across an international organization.

Identify and engage prospects through outbound calls, online research, LinkedIn, and inbound leads. Conduct product presentations, qualify opportunities, close direct sales, support merchant onboarding, maintain accurate CRM records, resolve inquiries, and develop retention and upselling opportunities. The role promotes payment, banking, financing, and value-added services while meeting sales targets and building client relationships across assigned markets.

Supports enterprise customers and strategic partners across pre-sales, solution design, implementation, go-live, adoption, retention, and account expansion. Designs payment and technology solutions, prepares proposals and Statements of Work, coordinates stakeholders, manages project delivery, conducts business reviews, and provides product feedback. Requires strong understanding of APIs, integrations, reporting, reconciliation, project scoping, commercial discussions, and customer success within payments, fintech, banking, SaaS, or technology.

Coordinates merchant order operations, including subscriptions, cancellations, returns, stock requests, transfers, and order exceptions. Supports merchants, Sales, logistics partners, warehouses, couriers, and internal teams while maintaining accurate CRM, ERP, case, order, and inventory records. Investigates discrepancies, follows service levels and procedures, and ensures timely communication and resolution across European operations.

Supports daily financial operations by monitoring bank transfers, reconciling payment and settlement flows, checking data quality, preparing reports, managing operational cases, and following up on discrepancies. Collaborates with Payments, Technology, Customer Operations, and Finance teams while contributing to process documentation, controls, automation, and continuous improvement. Uses financial data, reporting tools, and AI-enabled workflows to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient operations.
