The Senior Project Manager will oversee entire project lifecycles, manage multi-disciplinary teams, ensure client satisfaction, and mentor staff while delivering projects on time and within budget.

The Project Director leads project management plans, manages client relationships, ensures financial performance, oversees project staffing, and leads pursuits of mega projects.

Serve as HR Business Partner for one or more offices, advising leaders on HR policies, employee relations, talent management, compensation, compliance, and HR analytics. Drive workforce planning, succession, training, investigations, and retention strategies. Provide data-driven insights, implement HR programs, and collaborate with COEs to support business objectives.

Responsible for managing projects through their lifecycle, ensuring quality delivery on time and on budget while maintaining client satisfaction. Coordinate project teams and perform technical tasks such as analysis, design, and reporting.

Support planning, analysis, and design of transportation improvements by preparing design calculations, technical reports, plans, and specifications. Perform data collection, field investigations, traffic analyses, cost estimates, and produce deliverables using engineering software while collaborating with project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Support production and modification of design calculations, technical reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates. Assist project teams with research, data collection, field investigations, organization of design files, and design development using current drawing and technical tools. Complete assigned work on schedule and perform other duties as assigned.

Lead transportation and urban planning projects by applying planning strategies, economic modeling, and data analysis. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams from concept through completion, develop scopes/schedules/budgets, produce reports and visuals, mentor staff, and occasionally serve as project manager. Represent the practice regionally/nationally and advise on technical standards and best practices.

Perform track and rail design tasks across project phases including calculations, engineering plans, specifications, and technical reports. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, provide technical guidance, perform quality control, support client interaction and proposal work, and help plan schedules and deliverables for transit and railroad projects.

Support engineering teams by preparing and modifying design calculations, reports, plans, specifications, cost estimates, and design files. Conduct research, data collection, field investigations, and assist with project delivery using CAD and office software.

Support engineering teams by performing basic engineering tasks: assist with research, development, design, preparation of engineering drawings/documents, basic calculations, and learning shop drawing/submittal procedures. Follow direction and organize information for project use.
