Acts as client agent across planning, procurement, risk, controls, construction, quality, closeout, and operations. Manages significant financial and delivery risks, staffing, project teams, subcontractors, and executive client relationships. Develops client service plans, expands PMC opportunities, and represents the firm with public officials and industry organizations.

Leads mega and super-mega infrastructure projects and programs from pursuit through delivery. Manages client relationships, project scope, budget, schedule, risk, quality, staffing, and financial performance. Builds and mentors multidisciplinary teams, supports public-sector capital improvement initiatives, leads major pursuits, and develops long-term client and business-growth strategies.

Develops roadway engineering designs, calculations, technical reports, plans, and specifications for infrastructure projects. Coordinates discipline-specific work, schedules, budgets, multidisciplinary technical efforts, client interactions, and project delivery. Reviews deliverables for accuracy and quality, supports proposals and scopes of work, leads design activities, and mentors junior engineering staff. The role requires applying engineering standards and solving design issues across projects of varying size and complexity.

Performs traffic safety engineering, crash analysis, road safety audits, traffic analysis, benefit-cost studies, grant program management, and engineering design. Develops reports, plans, specifications, calculations, and safety recommendations for transportation projects. Coordinates with project teams, conducts quality reviews, mentors junior engineers, and supports project scheduling and delivery. Requires an engineering degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience; a Professional Engineer license is preferred.
