Monitor market and regulatory developments, maintain stakeholder relationships, and ensure transactions comply with banking policies, SOPs, PDPA, AMLCFT, and Shariah Governance requirements.

Manage IT risk and cyber governance compliance with Singapore MAS regulations and internal policies. Monitor IT, cyber, security, and incident remediation processes; review outsourcing-provider due diligence; independently validate RCSAs and regulatory gap assessments; and prepare risk oversight reports for senior management and governance committees. Maintain consistent IT risk methodologies through annual SOP and policy reviews, while supporting additional management-assigned projects.

Acquire and manage high-net-worth client relationships, assess financial needs, provide investment and wealth-planning advice, develop tailored portfolios, monitor performance, identify cross-selling opportunities, and ensure compliance with AML, KYC, regulatory, and internal risk requirements. Collaborate with investment, financial planning, and credit specialists to deliver integrated private banking solutions and support business growth.

Leads balance sheet risk management across liquidity risk, IRRBB, ICAAP, stress testing, and climate change risk. Develops risk frameworks, monitors exposures and regulatory limits, oversees reporting, prepares ICAAP submissions, and presents stress-test and climate-risk findings to senior management and the Board. Partners with business stakeholders to integrate risk appetite and methodologies into strategic planning while managing and developing the risk team.
