Manage end-to-end UK payroll delivery across the Group, ensuring accurate, compliant, timely payments and statutory reporting. Own payroll schedules, controls, reconciliations, funding, systems, audits, risk management, and continuous improvement. Lead and develop the payroll team, resolve complex issues, manage stakeholders and external providers, oversee system upgrades and testing, and provide reporting and operational expertise for legislative and business changes.

Manage and execute end-to-end loyalty initiatives for Harrods Rewards, including promotions, email and lifecycle campaigns, creative briefs, and cross-team delivery to drive retention and customer lifetime value.

Lead strategic procurement for the IT category, covering hardware, software, and services. Develop category strategies, analyze spend, conduct tenders, negotiate contracts, manage suppliers, deliver savings, and ensure governance, compliance, risk mitigation, and performance improvement. The role requires strong stakeholder influence, supplier relationship management, commercial negotiation, data analysis, contract management, and experience with procurement or sourcing systems.

Lead delivery of luxury interior projects from concept to installation. Produce technical drawings and specifications, manage budgets, timelines and procurement, conduct site visits, oversee bespoke FF&E and joinery, present to clients, and mentor junior designers. Must submit a portfolio of high-end projects.
