Develop budgeting, forecasting, advanced financial models and variance analysis. Drive process improvement and automation (Power BI), maintain financial databases, and present actionable insights to senior management. Support incentive plan administration and cross-functional stakeholder communication to align financial objectives with business strategy.

Manage and optimize paid search and marketplace campaigns, develop data-driven full-funnel strategies, allocate and optimize media budgets, perform keyword research and performance analysis, run experiments, align paid efforts with SEO and content, and report actionable insights to leadership.

Lead global accounting, internal controls, and financial reporting including monthly/quarterly close, consolidation, SEC filings, and technical GAAP accounting. Own SOX compliance, audits, cost accounting, inventory valuation, and accounting process standardization. Drive ERP/accounting transformations, automation, and cross-functional alignment. Manage and develop the Accounting & Reporting team, budget, and Board/Audit Committee communications.

Lead FP&A for Operations & Supply Chain, deliver forward-looking planning, forecasting, and decision support. Translate operational strategies into financial plans, drive capital and inventory decisions, establish metrics linking operations to financial outcomes, and lead a finance team to support cross-functional initiatives that improve productivity, cost, and working capital.

Leads the full technical lifecycle of assigned fluid-handling product families, including product planning, new product development, maintenance, cost reduction, manufacturing support, budgeting, and performance tracking. Manages engineering projects, supervises and develops up to 30 engineers, designers, and technicians, and collaborates with Marketing, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Sales, and executive leadership to deliver innovative, profitable, high-quality products.
