Financial Analyst, Senior - Divisional
The Senior Financial Analyst will be a key strategic partner responsible for driving financial performance and enhancing financial understanding across the organization. This role involves delivering advanced financial analysis, process improvements, and actionable insights to influence decision-making at senior levels. The Senior Financial Analyst will identify opportunities for optimization, lead initiatives for financial transformation, and play a critical role in aligning the organization’s financial objectives with business strategies.
What You Will Do at Graco
Financial Oversight and Management
Oversee the accounting and management of demonstration inventory, ensuring accurate and complete records are maintained to support operational and strategic decisions.
Lead the administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of incentive plans for sales and marketing teams.
Prepare regular reporting of incentive achievement that is understandable and actionable for the commercial team to drive sales
Manage key aspects of the monthly close process, including preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with reporting standards.
Support the calculation, review and accounting for rebates, royalties and other marketing and sales programs

What You Bring to Graco

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

The base pay range for this position is listed below, exclusive of fringe benefits or other compensation. If you are hired, your final base hourly rate will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, competencies, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
