Owns mechanical components throughout their lifecycle, from project-specific design and drawings through procurement, workshop follow-up, quality inspection, documentation, compliance, and commissioning support. The role requires collaboration, English fluency, global travel, and preferably experience with IEC 61131-3, Structured Text, Rockwell, B&R PLCs, and Java.

Manage the project and program portfolio by maintaining visibility into performance, budgets, schedules, risks, resources, and milestones. Verifies hygienic manufacturing processes, prepares bills of materials, supports calculations and technical reports, manages contractors, and follows up on purchasing and project documentation. Requires collaboration with mechanical designers and team leaders, with travel up to 30% of the time.

Develop and win CAPEX sales opportunities for food, dairy, beverage, and chemical processing plants, lines, and systems. Lead technical and commercial customer discussions, translate requirements into process concepts, PFDs, and P&IDs, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with engineering and offer management teams. Build long-term customer relationships while balancing technical quality, risk, profitability, and sales targets.

Develop and maintain high-performance Flutter mobile applications for digital agriculture. Integrate apps with backend services, cloud platforms, and on-farm management systems. Contribute to UI/UX, testing, deployment, bug fixing, and performance improvements while collaborating with product support and cross-functional partners. The role is hybrid in Belfast and includes occasional travel of less than 10%.

Leads end-to-end transformation programs across international manufacturing sites, from performance diagnosis through implementation and stabilization. Develops future-state operating models, roadmaps, governance, KPIs, and benefit tracking. Drives Lean and operational excellence initiatives across operations, engineering, quality, validation, supply chain, and support functions. Aligns stakeholders, resolves barriers, coaches local teams, and embeds sustainable improvements in productivity, quality, delivery, capacity, and cost.
