The Specialist Compression Sales is responsible for customer handling, business development, order handling, payment collection, and supporting marketing logistics for exhibitions while using CRM and SAP tools for updates.

Develop and execute electrical engineering across project phases: design, dimensioning, drawings, hardware lists, commissioning, FAT and testing. Configure industrial networks, I/O, VFDs and process instruments, supervise assembly, and coordinate internal/external stakeholders with extensive travel.

Drive growth for GEA's liquid processing portfolio by identifying target customers, performing market and portfolio analysis, qualifying opportunities, partnering with regional sales and engineering, supporting brownfield and custom projects, promoting agile qualification practices, leading data-driven prioritization, transferring knowledge to sales teams, and coordinating cross-functional actions to improve competitiveness.

Drive profitable Service growth across APAC by coordinating regional initiatives (Service Agreements, Projects, spare parts, first orders), improving CRM and pipeline discipline, enabling campaign execution, removing cross-functional bottlenecks, scaling best practices, and building repeatable commercial processes and coaching for Sales and Service leaders to increase conversion and installed base penetration.

Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud data pipelines, databases, and analytics platforms using Azure and Databricks. Integrate industrial/time-series data, develop ETL/ELT and API-based integrations, define data models and governance, and support analytics, AI-driven solutions, predictive maintenance, and operational reporting in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Own and monitor customer master data quality for the EMEA region, enforce data standards and governance, lead deduplication/cleansing, support SAP S/4HANA MDG-C and CRM operations, coach local stewards, perform testing, document SOPs, and collaborate with Sales, Service, Finance and Data Governance to ensure data-driven order-to-cash processes.

Lead regional SAP S/4HANA business transformation programs across APAC, establish governance and standards, align stakeholders (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Operations), manage full project lifecycle, oversee vendors and IT, drive change management and adoption, monitor KPIs, and ensure operational readiness, compliance, and resource planning.

The role involves coordinating purchasing contracts, negotiating supplier agreements, assessing supply chain risks, and optimizing accounts payable in a dynamic environment.
