The Growth Enablement Manager drives profitable Service growth across APAC by enabling consistent execution of regional priorities, including Service Agreements, Service Projects, First Service Order conversion, spare parts growth, and customer experience improvement. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Service, Product, Digital, and country teams, this role strengthens pipeline quality, sharpens campaign execution, accelerates initiative deployment, and embeds repeatable commercial disciplines that lift opportunity conversion and installed base penetration.
Responsibilities / Tasks
- Coordinate and enable regional Service growth initiatives focused on profitable sales uplift, improved customer responsiveness, and stronger commercial execution across APAC.
- Support campaign planning, execution tracking, and follow-up for Service Agreements, Service Projects, First Service Orders, spare parts, and digital service offerings.
- Improve CRM discipline, pipeline visibility, forecast confidence, and opportunity data quality to enable earlier identification and higher conversion of Service opportunities.
- Remove cross-functional bottlenecks by coordinating inputs, actions, and dependencies between regional, country, and functional stakeholders.
- Capture, structure, and scale best practices across countries to reduce duplication, increase consistency, and accelerate adoption of successful commercial initiatives.
- Build commercial capability by embedding repeatable sales processes, coaching routines, growth disciplines, and practical tools for Sales and Service leaders.
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master degree in Business, Engineering, Sales, Service Management, or a related discipline preferred.
- Additional training in sales enablement, CRM, project management, service excellence, or commercial excellence is advantageous.
- Experience in Service, Sales, Commercial Excellence, Business Development, Sales Operations, or Growth Enablement within an industrial, equipment, engineering, or B2B environment.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives, improve CRM or pipeline discipline, support campaign execution, and translate opportunities into measurable sales outcomes.
- Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, CRM discipline, communication, facilitation, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to influence without direct authority, simplify complexity, build repeatable processes, coach others, and drive disciplined execution across multiple countries.
