The Senior Project Engineer will oversee infrastructure project delivery, ensuring safety, quality, budget control, and fostering team collaboration.

Lead programmed maintenance, resurfacing and rehabilitation projects under the RAMC GEN3 contract. Manage project delivery including planning, budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and contracts administration. Communicate with crews and clients, apply practical hands-on problem solving, and maintain strong safety and quality standards.

As a Traffic Controller, you will manage traffic flow at worksites, ensuring safety and effective communication with the site team. Responsibilities include setup, hazard identification, and adherence to traffic management codes.

Coordinate and prepare tender/submission documents for national airport infrastructure bids. Provide financial insight to managers and engineers, prepare business plans, and lead process improvements. Coach team members and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Deliver mechanical project engineering for water infrastructure projects: participate in SiD/HAZOP workshops, manage subcontractors, support procurement, oversee quality/ITP/ITC, and ensure compliance with client specifications and Australian standards.

Provide electrical project engineering for a 10-year City of Gold Coast utilities program: participate in SiD/HAZOP workshops, manage subcontractors, support procurement and construction, oversee quality documentation, ITP/ITC, and ensure compliance with client specifications and Australian standards.

Lead mechanical engineering delivery for potable water and wastewater capital projects from design through construction and commissioning. Provide technical oversight across pipelines, pump stations, reservoirs and treatment assets; manage cost, program reporting, risk and subcontractors; ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance; and mentor site and project engineers to build technical capability.

Provide day-to-day administrative support for Warrnambool Civil and Production teams including reception, email and records management, purchase order and invoice processing, onboarding administration, maintaining training records, ordering supplies, organising travel, supporting customer enquiries, and other office tasks as required.
