Lead and coordinate multi‑disciplinary design teams for water and infrastructure projects from tender to delivery. Support bid teams with buildable solutions, manage design programmes, peer reviews and approvals, ensure compliant IFC drawings, liaise with clients, and support tender strategy and commercial decision‑making alongside regional operations and site teams.

Lead day-to-day laboratory operations, manage compliance, ensure quality assurance, drive performance improvement, and support team development in a laboratory setting.

Role requires leading a team of Project Engineers and state-wide travel with overnight stays.

Support planning, coordination and delivery of civil construction works for a major bridge and road upgrade. Coordinate site activities, subcontractors and resources; prepare and manage documentation, monitor progress, cost and quality; identify risks and liaise with stakeholders to ensure safe, on-time delivery.

Lead delivery of airfield and enabling civil works on a remote FIFO project; manage subcontractor packages from tender to handover, oversee safety, quality, program, commercial risks, stakeholder interfaces, resource coordination, and mentor the project team.

Provide administrative and financial support on site including subcontractor payments, accounts payable, purchase orders, goods receipting, booking travel, subcontractor onboarding, and office duties; support and mentor other Site Administrators.

Process accounts payable and supplier/subcontractor documentation, manage purchase orders and procurement records, administer plant/assets and IT equipment, maintain asset registers and office supplies, and provide general administrative support and reporting.

Supervise on-site traffic management crews to implement NZTA-compliant traffic management plans, set up and maintain signage and barriers, identify and mitigate safety risks, liaise with contractors and clients, and manage traffic-related incidents and emergencies to ensure safety for workers, motorists, and pedestrians.
