Manage teams and subcontractors to plan and execute complex civil and structural works (bridges, retaining walls, piling, underpasses, pipelines, treatment plants). Develop construction methodology, provide onsite technical advice and inspections, monitor safety, quality and environmental compliance, forecast costs and progress, manage budgets and invoices, and support commercial and planning coordination.

Supports regional accounting, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, financial controls, reconciliations, and commercial decision-making. Reviews P&Ls, WIP, inventories, and balance sheets; identifies risks and improvement opportunities; maintains JDE finance-system integrity; partners with divisional leaders; and mentors accounting staff.

Provides reception and office administration support, including switchboard operation, visitor management, clerical tasks, mail and delivery distribution, and upkeep of kitchen and meeting facilities. The role also supports basic accounts payable activities, invoice processing, supplier queries, and general accounting duties. Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, Microsoft Office proficiency, and relationship-building skills are required.

Provide on-site administrative and finance support for the New Richmond Bridge project, including invoice and subcontractor claim processing, purchase orders, month-end assistance, timesheet and workforce coordination, records and compliance maintenance, stakeholder liaison, and general site office administration to support project delivery.

Manage and deliver the road maintenance programme for the state highway network under an Integrated Delivery Contract. Coordinate 3–12 month rolling programmes with the client, forecast contract budgets, prepare reports and claims, support operations and renewals teams, ensure staff have guidance, and meet programme KPIs and QA requirements.

Lead end-to-end delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects (treatment plants, pump stations, pipelines). Drive project execution, manage teams and stakeholders, enforce safety, quality, cost and schedule controls, oversee forecasting, reporting, procurement and contracts to meet client and program commitments.

Configure and deploy SharePoint Modern workspaces across the organisation as part of a Microsoft 365 rollout. Work with business analysts, project managers and workspace owners to set up libraries, permissions, metadata and navigation; support testing, migration readiness, go-live and handover; and maintain documentation to ensure secure, compliant, and supportable workspaces.

Configure and deploy SharePoint Modern workspaces as part of the Modern Information Programme. Work with business stakeholders to set up libraries, permissions, metadata, navigation, and governance; support testing, migration readiness, go-live, issue resolution, documentation, and handover into BAU.

Lead technical and commercial delivery of mid-to-large civil construction projects. Oversee site operations, safety, quality, programmes, cost control, contractor procurement and continuous improvement to deliver projects on time and budget.

Produce 3D models, detailed and shop drawings for structural steel, pipework, and fabricated products. Translate concepts into buildable designs, liaise with workshop/site teams, apply fabrication and material knowledge, and support product development.
