Lead stakeholder strategy and delivery for large infrastructure projects, design and deliver communications and engagement, act as primary community contact, advise senior leaders on complex issues, coach project teams, and manage relationships with councils, iwi, businesses and diverse communities.

Leads end-to-end procurement for construction and utilities program packages, including sourcing strategy, market engagement, tendering, supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and award. Prepares procurement documentation, manages risks and opportunities, and supports downstream contract administration, compliance, performance monitoring, claims, changes, reporting, and closeout. The role requires construction or utilities procurement experience, commercial and financial acumen, contract negotiation skills, and advanced Excel and Word proficiency.

Provides reception and administrative support for the Infrastructure Services team. Responsibilities include managing calls and messages, welcoming visitors, coordinating meetings, events, travel and office access, ordering supplies and PPE, maintaining shared spaces, raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and supporting the executive assistant and wider team.

Support project planning and controls for utilities projects: maintain schedules, measure performance with KPIs and earned value, assist analysis and corrective actions, build custom reports and dashboards, and keep planning documentation for future projects.

Manage teams and subcontractors to plan and execute complex civil and structural works (bridges, retaining walls, piling, underpasses, pipelines, treatment plants). Develop construction methodology, provide onsite technical advice and inspections, monitor safety, quality and environmental compliance, forecast costs and progress, manage budgets and invoices, and support commercial and planning coordination.

Design and deliver Temporary Traffic Management Plans (TMPs), develop traffic modelling scenarios and Traffic Impact Assessments, prepare TMPs per NZGTTM, manage TMP approvals, and produce layouts using rapidTCP/AutoCAD while collaborating with clients and the TTM team.

Manage payroll compliance across New Zealand and Australia, including legislative checks, leave and rate reviews, ACC and WorkCover payments, third-party payments, reconciliations, and audit support. Monitor payroll risks, investigate variances with Payroll, Tax, Accounting, HR, and systems teams, and support process improvements. Maintain current knowledge of employment legislation and promote compliance best practices across the team.

Supports regional accounting, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, financial controls, reconciliations, and commercial decision-making. Reviews P&Ls, WIP, inventories, and balance sheets; identifies risks and improvement opportunities; maintains JDE finance-system integrity; partners with divisional leaders; and mentors accounting staff.

Provides reception and office administration support, including switchboard operation, visitor management, clerical tasks, mail and delivery distribution, and upkeep of kitchen and meeting facilities. The role also supports basic accounts payable activities, invoice processing, supplier queries, and general accounting duties. Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, Microsoft Office proficiency, and relationship-building skills are required.

Provide on-site administrative and finance support for the New Richmond Bridge project, including invoice and subcontractor claim processing, purchase orders, month-end assistance, timesheet and workforce coordination, records and compliance maintenance, stakeholder liaison, and general site office administration to support project delivery.
