The Wealth Advisor I is responsible for managing and expanding wealth management relationships, delivering financial solutions, and leading a team to enhance customer service and client retention.

This entry-level banking role focuses on business development, supporting senior bankers, managing client relationships, and driving loan production growth in commercial banking.

Perform and resolve complex general ledger and bank-controlled deposit account reconciliations using automated and Oracle reconciliation systems. Research and correct out-of-balance conditions, balance subsidiary ledgers to control accounts, support auditors, maintain procedures, and mentor junior team members.

Lead and manage the bank's business resiliency and incident program: develop and maintain business continuity, disaster recovery, and incident response plans; assess and mitigate resiliency risks; run tabletop exercises; manage a team of analysts; oversee third-party/vendor resiliency; maintain resiliency systems and reporting for senior management and the Board; ensure regulatory alignment.

Provide paralegal support to in-house Legal Department including legal research, document preparation, litigation support, discovery, corporate governance, securities filings, M&A closing assistance, compliance work, invoice management, and coordination of board and shareholder meetings. Maintain corporate records and develop legal department databases and materials while meeting tight deadlines and working cross-functionally.

Lead a commercial banking team to grow loan, deposit, and fee income portfolios; oversee underwriting and credit quality for complex commercial relationships; drive client acquisition and retention; manage team productivity, pipeline, and revenue targets; collaborate with product partners and participate in credit approval and loan committee processes while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational controls.

Analyze and underwrite commercial and real estate credit by reviewing financial statements, preparing spreads, evaluating cash flow, collateral and industry risk, authoring comprehensive credit reports, suggesting credit structure and risk ratings, and supporting portfolio monitoring, mentoring, and training.

The Commercial Relationship Manager drives business development and portfolio management, manages loan portfolios of $20MM to $50MM, and generates revenue while ensuring compliance with credit policies and regulations.

The Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Analyst provides financial forecasts, develops budgets, conducts variance analysis, and advises on financial performance improvements for various business units.

Process and balance outgoing ACH files, resolve incoming exceptions, manage ACH returns/NOCs, handle disputes, process Treasury death notifications and reclamations, maintain customer contact database, provide internal customer service, and support projects, upgrades, and conversions in accordance with NACHA rules.
