Leads digital solutions center growth through market assessment, partner development, technology ecosystem networking, market-entry strategy, and collaboration with Sales. Advises on client requirements, innovative solutions, market access, and strategic adjustments based on market intelligence. Supports senior-level negotiations and directs projects meeting stringent security standards across Singapore and international markets.

Supports managed security services focused on threat hunting and incident response. Contributes to project delivery, process improvements, threat hunting hypotheses, incident response playbooks, standard operating procedures, training, and adoption of emerging security technologies. Develops familiarity with threat hunting platforms and digital forensics tools while staying current on information security practices and capabilities.

Serves as the primary client success lead and cybersecurity advisor, overseeing service delivery, SOC performance, incident escalations, project execution, reporting, and continuous improvement. Manages client relationships, operational reviews, security roadmaps, project documentation, risk and change control, and collaboration with SOC, Sales, Pre-Sales, Operations, and Engineering teams. Identifies service expansion opportunities and provides risk-based recommendations to improve detection coverage, incident response, automation, and overall customer satisfaction.

Co-manage multiple concurrent security tool deployments by coordinating planning, schedules, vendors, stakeholders, risks, issues, dependencies, resources, status reporting, and steering committee materials. Support security engineering team resource allocation and maintain Phase 1 and Phase 2 milestones. The role requires project management experience, familiarity with cloud environments and security-tool implementations, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Design, build, and operate an in-house AIOps/ML/LLM platform across cloud and on-prem Kubernetes. Implement production ML/LLM workflows (training, deployment, inference, monitoring, rollback). Troubleshoot across application, infrastructure, networking, Linux, Kubernetes, and ML serving layers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate client, security, and compliance requirements into platform designs.

The intern will engage in high-impact assignments such as research, data analysis, and report writing within a cybersecurity context.

The Intern will support SOC in monitoring security alerts, investigating security threats, preparing log requests and reports, and participating in cybersecurity research.

Assist in project delivery for Threat Hunt & Response services, improve incident response processes, and develop threat hunting strategies.

The intern will assist the Client Success Management team with onboarding new clients, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and drafting reports. Tasks include minute-taking, project management assistance, and suggesting process improvements.

Assist in collecting and analyzing cyber threat intelligence, managing virtual entities, and conducting research on threat actors and vulnerabilities.
