The US Taxation Manager will oversee corporate tax compliance and reporting, manage relationships with external advisors, and ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal controls while supporting tax planning initiatives.

Partner with functional teams to clean, validate and analyze operational and commercial data (ERP, CRM, procurement systems). Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, produce monthly management information, support planning cycles and projects, enable self‑service reporting, and drive continuous improvement, data governance, and stakeholder training across a matrix organisation.

Maintain and validate finance data, build and improve Power BI dashboards, support planning/forecasting and capex submissions, partner with stakeholders across a matrix organization, and contribute to process improvements, data governance, and functional projects.

Serve as strategic finance partner to Sales VPs and Marketing Directors, owning P&L for Energy and AP Actives. Drive planning, forecasting, margin and portfolio optimization, rebates process (JDE setup and accruals), sales incentive targets, decision-support analytics, and fixed-cost management. Translate data into actionable commercial insights and influence pricing, capital allocation, and performance delivery.

Provide administrative and operational support to the EMEA Sales team: manage price lists and customer communications, coordinate meetings, handle sample intake/tracking/reporting, maintain CRM and sales documentation, support distributor relationships, collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain and Data teams, and support reporting and ad‑hoc sales operations.

Lead enterprise data and analytics strategy, align data roadmap with business objectives, strengthen data governance and platform integrity, manage data operations and vendors, and build data capabilities to drive measurable business value and data-driven decision making across the organisation.

Partner with Global Supply Chain and Finance leadership to deliver MI, budgeting, forecasting, KPI setting, cost and capital project analysis, inventory optimisation, and SIOP financial support. Drive data-driven performance improvements, reporting, and actionable insights to meet strategic growth and profitability objectives across global manufacturing operations.

Lead identification and validation of new market opportunities for Elementis technologies, translate market/customer needs into scalable application solutions, support technical sales and product launches, lead cross-functional projects, prepare business cases and present progress to executives, and ensure handover to commercial teams within 6-12 months.
