Manage complex electronics manufacturing programs from design and prototyping through delivery. Define requirements, timelines, budgets, and milestones; coordinate engineering, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and supply chain teams; serve as customer liaison; oversee quality, certifications, production, delivery, financial performance, risk mitigation, and documentation; and resolve issues while identifying cost-saving opportunities. Travel may be required up to 10%.

Lead complex new product introduction programs from initiation through manufacturing launch. Develop launch strategies, schedules, cost estimates, and risk mitigation plans; coordinate cross-functional engineering, supply chain, quality, operations, and customer activities; facilitate stage-gate reviews; manage customer communications and executive reporting; track KPIs; improve NPI processes; and mentor project management team members. The role supports electronics manufacturing, with aerospace and defense experience strongly preferred.

Supports process engineering, equipment programming, PCBA and box-build production, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, process validation, and continuous improvement. Analyzes process data, helps implement new technologies, documents process changes, resolves basic equipment issues, and reads wiring and pneumatic diagrams. Works under the direction of the Process Engineering team in an electronics manufacturing environment.

Manage inventory levels, demand management, ERP updates, BOM/ECO reviews, material availability and reporting. Coordinate with buyers, procurement, and cross-functional teams to support manufacturing plans, optimize inventory, handle EOL and MRB issues, and communicate order commits and supplier statuses.

Execute and optimize manufacturing processes for PCBA and box builds, including setup, validation, troubleshooting, documentation, KPI monitoring, continuous improvement, root cause analysis, equipment maintenance, and providing technical guidance to junior staff while supporting NPI and CapEx efforts.

Lead EDI architecture and implementation using Oracle and Cleo platforms. Design scalable B2B integrations, manage communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, HTTPS, API), create EDI maps (X12, EDIFACT), onboard trading partners, integrate with ERPs, optimize processes, lead UAT, and provide Tier 3 support and mentorship.

The Senior Quality Engineer leads compliance with quality standards, manages quality performance, and supports improvement projects in manufacturing.

The Senior Process Engineer will manage new product launches, develop processes, provide technical support, and ensure product quality and compliance with specifications.

Leads DFM and DFA analysis for complex PCB assemblies, using Siemens Valor and related tools to assess manufacturability, develop IPC-aligned design rules, and resolve production concerns. Designs high-density multilayer PCB layouts from schematics using Altium or equivalent tools, creating stack-ups, routing, libraries, and manufacturing deliverables. Collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, quality, customers, and suppliers while driving PCB standards, continuous improvement, and production readiness.

Lead HR for the Plano, TX site as a strategic partner to leadership. Oversee talent strategies, workforce design, employee engagement, performance management, change initiatives, and compliance. Manage and develop an HR team, analyze workforce metrics, and implement enterprise HR programs supporting site goals.
