Provide day-to-day HR support to site leadership and employees, implement HR strategies, assist with performance management, onboarding, employee relations investigations, HR metrics/reporting, and coordinate with COEs (benefits, talent acquisition, L&D). Travel regionally to support multiple sites as needed.

Develops and maintains production quality standards and documentation, leads continuous improvement and CAPA activities, performs audits, supports customer and regulatory compliance, analyzes production quality data, facilitates root-cause analysis, and collaborates across Engineering, Operations, and external partners to meet customer requirements.

Serve as senior commercial leader for strategic, high-revenue accounts: develop account strategies, build executive relationships, drive revenue growth, negotiate contracts, lead cross-functional alignment, and act as customer advocate to improve service, retention, and long-term growth.

Manage end-to-end production programs for electronic products: define scope, lead cross-functional teams, drive NPI, oversee validations (IQ/OQ/PQ), ensure quality/certifications, control costs/P&L, coordinate supply chain and delivery, and report to clients and senior management.

Lead assessment and management of customer credit risk across a portfolio. Evaluate creditworthiness, recommend limits and terms, monitor receivables metrics (DSO, delinquencies), support credit policy and compliance (SOX), partner with Sales/Legal/Finance, drive ERP/credit system improvements and reporting, and contribute to audit, process optimization, and credit governance.

Lead and grow a site Process Engineering team to design, qualify, and optimize PCBA and box-build manufacturing processes. Drive integration of new equipment/technologies, monitor KPIs, standardize procedures, resolve systemic process issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet quality, compliance, and production goals in EMS manufacturing.

Lead business growth by securing new partnerships in the medical device sector, utilizing expertise in electronics manufacturing and strategic sales strategies while managing relationships with stakeholders.
