Leads the development and governance of business intelligence tooling across Power BI, QlikView, and Business Objects. The role requires strong commercial judgment, leadership, stakeholder management, and insurance-sector experience.

Underwrite complex Commercial Combined risks within authority and appetite, lead and develop underwriting team members, manage broker relationships, provide technical referrals, and support portfolio performance. The role is primarily remote with occasional visits to Halifax and Manchester offices.

Lead the Market Pricing team to deliver pricing recommendations, predictive modelling and data-driven insight. Manage and develop analysts, influence pricing strategy, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and drive innovation and continuous improvement in pricing capabilities.

Provide risk oversight and challenge for pricing, reserving and capital decisions in a general insurance setting. Work with Pricing, Underwriting, Actuarial and Finance to translate technical outputs into clear risk insight, develop insurance risk capability, and support continuous improvement and governance.
